Throughout my personal healing journey, I had to address nutrition, spirituality, and mental health in order to get my health back, but I had to navigate these realms on my own without guidance or support. I hope to combine elements of all three to help clients come into their wholebeing wholistically!
This path of health coaching has been all I could’ve dreamed of but didn’t know existed. I get to help people make dietary and lifestyle changes and support them through the process, bringing my background with mental health and my history of advocating for myself within the healthcare system. I get to help people make the connection between what they’re eating and how they’re feeling. And we get to go deeper and see how their creative life is going, how spirituality is feeling and how their home life is. I’m able to support them through my lived experiences and through the training I’ve gotten as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized action plans to help you reduce stress and anxiety, uncover food intolerances, improve gut health, curb cravings, incorporate more movement into your life, and more!
In addition, I have 20 years of experience advocating for my health and educating myself about wellness to improve my own gut dysfunction, chronic pain, dermatitis, lyme disease and anxiety and depression.
